Sam Liang, M.Sc., M.Ed.
My goal is to use statistics to uncover the patterns hidden within healthcare data — and turn those insights into better decisions, stronger systems, and improved patient outcomes.
Sam Liang, M.Sc., M.Ed., is a statistician and data analyst with a Master of Science in Statistics from Baruch College and a Master of Education from The City College of New York. His work focuses on statistical modeling, exploratory data analysis, pattern recognition, and translating complex datasets into meaningful insights.
Sam joined RRSP Industries to apply his background in statistics, analytics, and education to one of healthcare’s most important challenges: identifying patterns within patient, health, and medical data that can improve care coordination, operational decision-making, and patient-centered outcomes.
His statistical training plays an important role in building the analytical foundation of RRSP’s platform. By combining model development, data exploration, and rigorous quantitative thinking, Sam helps support predictive analytics, performance measurement, risk identification, and data-driven workflows across EMS, hospitals, providers, and healthcare partners.
With additional graduate training in education, Sam brings a unique ability to translate complex data concepts into clear, usable insights for teams and stakeholders. Driven by a commitment to advancing healthcare, his work helps RRSP transform fragmented data into connected intelligence, enabling smarter systems and supporting better outcomes for patients, providers, and communities.
