All curricula are benchmarked against internationally recognised educational standards. We specifically align our learning outcomes with the cognitive complexity, autonomy, and skill descriptors outlined in Level 7 of the Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF) and Level 6 of the European Qualifications Framework (EQF), supporting internationally aligned workforce development for community-based care.
Background & Problem
EMS agencies are being asked to expand beyond traditional emergency response into community paramedicine, chronic care support, cardiac rehabilitation, urgent care, mental health co-response, and alternative care pathways. However, many organizations lack access to structured, higher-level education that prepares providers for these expanded clinical and community-based roles. At the same time, healthcare systems need EMS professionals who can operate safely across home-based care, preventive health, post-discharge follow-up, and integrated response environments.
